Kitchen with peninsula and oak wood: JA3-B project

A project where wood defines the character of the space.

The JA3-B project presents a kitchen where oak wood becomes the main element of the design. Developed by Ignacio Agudo, INKO distributor in Bilbao, this space combines natural warmth, functionality and a careful composition of materials to create an elegant and balanced kitchen.

Distribution with three distinct zones

The kitchen is organized by means of a peninsula distribution, which allows structuring the space into three clearly defined areas. The first corresponds to the column area, which integrates storage, broom cupboard and an American refrigerator in stainless steel from Samsung, along with the oven and microwave column from Bosch.

This layout facilitates access to appliances and optimizes the use of space within the kitchen.

Cooking zone with symmetrical composition

The cooking area stands out for its balanced composition. It is organized with three base units with double drawer and drawer, placing the hob in the center to reinforce the symmetry of the whole.

Above them, Blum’s Aventos Hf hinged upper cabinets integrate the hood, maintaining the horizontal continuity of the design and a clean aesthetic. The integrated LED lighting under these modules provides direct light on the worktop, improving functionality in daily work.

Peninsula with water area and social area

The peninsula completes the layout by integrating the water area, equipped with an undercounter steel sink, black industrial-style Imex faucets and matching soap dispenser.

At the back there is a space for stools, designed for informal use, while a smooth panel in the same wood reinforces the aesthetic continuity of the whole.

INKO furniture with wood as the main protagonist

The personality of the kitchen is defined by INKO’s KIEV model, present in all the base units and in the peninsula. This model is characterized by its solid oak frame and veneered soffit with vertical paneling, providing texture and visual depth.

The integrated opening system eliminates handles, maintaining a clean and natural aesthetic. This design is combined with SENA and NILO lacquered fronts, finished according to the sample, which introduce contrast and add luminosity to the whole.
