MAINTENANCE

Recommendations for use and maintenance of kitchens

Recommendations for use on Wood

For biological cleaning, the use of liquid soap diluted in water is recommended. It should be cleaned in the direction of the grain with a soft cloth. Do not insist too much on a specific point. In case of persistent dirt, use the pure product.

It is necessary to clean wooden surfaces with non-aggressive, non-abrasive products that do not contain alcohol or solvents that may affect the protective layer of varnish.

Recommendations that we should avoid

Do not use abrasive products that could scratch the surface.
Do not use rough cloths or steel wool that could scratch the surface.
Do not use wax- or silicone-based products, as their use can form halos of different shine.
Do not use excessively wet cloths.

Recommendations for use on Glass

Glass has a very high resistance to stains and lime, especially if it is glossy glass. To remove dirt, it is possible to use glass cleaners or common detergents.

Recommendations that we should avoid

Sliding metallic materials over the acid-treated surface leaves marks, due both to the metal residues that are introduced into the micro cavities of the glass and to the breakage of the microscopic roughness created by the acid treatment. The phenomenon is much more limited in smooth glass. It is necessary to keep in mind that glass is scratched by materials harder than it (diamond and hard stones, ceramics, tiles, plates...).

Recommendations for use on Laminated and laminate

For cleaning doors in laminate, it is sufficient to use soft cloths barely moistened with products for cleaning glass.

Recommendations that we should avoid

Do not use aggressive products, powders or acid-based products that could affect the finish. Do not use wax- or silicone-based products, as their use can form halos of different shine.

Recommendations for use on Lacquered

Dip a clean cloth in warm water and wring it out. Using the damp cloth, apply light pressure and rub gently over the surfaces. Finally, dry with a soft, dry cloth.

Recommendations that we should avoid

Never use abrasive cleaning products, as they can scratch the surface. Under no circumstances should cleaning products with solvents, such as nitrous thinners, acetone, nail polish remover or similar products, be used, as these could leave marks and scratches. Do not use rough cleaning cloths (such as coarse linen cloths, meshes with rough seams, etc.), as they could scratch the surface.
